History of CHS Projects Pty Ltd
CHS Projects Pty Ltd was established in May 2004 after it became evident within the Hopper Group that there was a growing need to support larger commercial and industrial projects. After the establishment of CHS Projects Pty Ltd, trading began under this entity in July 2004, with the business endeavouring to capture projects not only in the Western Victorian region but throughout Victoria if required.

CHS Projects Pty Ltd specialise in heavy industrial and large commercial installations, such as mining, domestic, data, phone and security systems and provide an ongoing maintenance program for large sites. The company currently employs eight full time staff, including two full time apprentices.

Recent projects covered by CHS Projects Pty Ltd:

• Redevelopment of large commercial sites such as hospitals, schools and leisure centres,
  including redevelopment of Nhill and Warracknabeal hospitals and construction of Horsham Aquatic and Leisure Centre
• Construction of large industrial projects eg Water Treatment Plants
• Construction of mine sites such as the Murray Basin Mineral Sands project at Douglas and Hamilton
• CHS Projects Pty Ltd have also been involved in construction works at Horsham Terminal Substation
